Quality & Risk Coordinator - Work from Home

Support our Service Delivery team as a Quality & Risk Coordinator - Work from Home 


•        $43.70 per hour (SCHADS)+ super – Part time role: FTE 0.6 (negotiable)

•        Not for Profit i.e. Salary sacrifice (up to $15,900 tax free each year)

•        Part-time - Monday to Friday – 

•        Assist with After Hours Support coverage on rostered rotation basis.

•        Work remotely with in person connection days. 

 

Who is CPSN? 


The Cerebral Palsy Support Network is a leading provider and support network for people with Cerebral Palsy (CP). We have been around for over 25 years and are proud of the great impact we have on the lives of people with CP. We are small (and proud of it!) but very determined to make a difference in every life we connect with.


We are a fully remote workforce, who connect in-person for meetings, connection days & social activities. Connection events are usually in the inner Melbourne area and attendance is expected. 


We have implemented new rostering protocols for our support services – In home and Supported Independent Living. 


We are excited to be looking for a new and motivated person to join our small but mighty organisation, the Cerebral Palsy Support Network (CPSN). 


About the role 


 You will be working within our Service Delivery function reporting to the Deputy CEO, The Quality and Risk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that CPSN maintains high standards of quality and compliance while minimising risk, ensuring the Human Rights of our customers are known, understood, and maintained at all times.

•                  Establish and maintain robust systems and processes that provide.

•                  high quality, safe and person-centred support, and practice.

•                  Develop organisational capability and capacity to respond and meet the needs of our customers’ experience and journey.

•                  Maintain organisational compliance with regulatory requirements and CPSN policies.

•                  Develop and implement risk management strategies and extending support to families and staff in mitigating risk to the organisation and its customers.

•                   Develop and implement a quality improvement framework, driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. 


      


About you 


You will be tech-savvy, experienced in NDIS Quality and Safeguards, familiar with the SCHADS Award rules and have a NDIS worker screening clearance


 You will also: 


•                  Maintain registration with NDIS and other funding bodies.

•                  Manage and develop internal and external quality audit programs.

•                  Lead policy and procedure development and implementation that ensures the safety and wellbeing of our customers.

•                  Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation and provide coaching and support to leaders and teams.

•                  Provide advice on the development and implementation of processes and documentation to enhance outcomes and improve efficiency, maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.

•                  Maintain organisational knowledge of accreditation, legislation, and compliance requirements.

•                   Drive CPSN practice standards towards excellence and sector leadership.
