Our client in Moe needs a support worker.
Support Worker role available in Moe
We have an exciting opportunity to join our passionate Support Worker teams to deliver supports to a client based in Moe, Victoria.
This role involves:
Weekday afternoon shifts - at this stage 2-3 times a week from approximately 3 pm – 7:30 pm. Ongoing work with the possibility of increasing hours.
Ideal for a younger person with an interest and background in supporting children to thrive.
Pick our client up from school, and support him to access activities in the community, including visiting the park, going to the movies and for ice cream.
Support him to increase confidence and appropriate social skills with travelling on public transport (primarily the train) and to manage his anxiety in a persistently encouraging but gentle way
Support at home into the evening, with mealtimes and showering
No manual handling involved.

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (if you work with U18s)
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
